ESPRIT 空想 is the vaporwave project of George Clanton, launched in 2012 as one of the genre's founding voices. Blending chopped samples with lush original electronic compositions, the project helped shift vaporwave toward fully original production with landmark releases like "Virtua.zip" (2014) and "200% Electronica" (2018).
