Loudie is your go-to social app for discovering concerts and scoring pairs of exclusive giveaway tickets to incredible events near you. Explore a curated selection of upcoming concerts in your area, ensuring you never miss out on the best shows.

Is Loudie free?

Loudie charges a small fee for each ticket distributed, usually around $1 per ticket. We also have provisions for name changes and cancellation fees, which you can find detailed in their respective sections below.

How do I claim giveaway tickets?

Claiming is when you go through a series of steps:

  1. Click “Claim” on a show offering a giveaway.
  2. If your claim was successful, send an invitation to one friend via SMS or email to join you at the event.
  3. If there is a service fee required, make payment conveniently through Apple Pay.
  4. Receive a confirmation email. Should you claim a ticket and not receive a confirmation email within an hour, kindly contact support@loudie.com.
  5. Remain attentive to additional in-app messages and emails containing instructions for redeeming your tickets.

How do I join a show?

To join a show, simply click the ‘+’ button next to the event you’re interested in attending. Joining indicates your intention to attend the show and notifies your friends. All the shows you join are added to your profile as a reminder of your upcoming events.

It’s important to note that joining a show is different from claiming giveaway tickets (see above for how to claim giveaway tickets). You can also remove yourself from a show by clicking the checkmark. Additionally, joining a show prior to claiming a ticket does not impact your ability to claim.

Is there a waiting period between claims for promotions?

Yes, there is a waiting period. The duration of this waiting period can vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the availability of tickets for the giveaway, the popularity of the show, and the timing of your last claim.

Can I change the name on my tickets?

We charge a $10 fee for name changes. Please note we cannot make any changes less than 24 hours before the show starts. To change the name on your tickets, follow these simple steps:

  1. Reply to your confirmation email with the new name you’d like on your tickets.
  2. Make the $10 fee payment via this Stripe link.
  3. Once we’ve received payment and the email requesting the name change, we will respond that the change has been made.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We allow you to release your tickets up to 24 hours before your show starts.

In order to do this, you can release your tickets from the confirmation email or within the app. When your tickets are released, they become available for other users to claim, and the claim is removed from your account. We do not refund your service fee when you release your tickets. Please note that once you’ve released your tickets, you won’t be able to reclaim them.

Unfortunately you cannot release tickets on the day of the show. It’s difficult to coordinate changes with the venues. If you fail to attend the event, it may negatively impact your ability to claim tickets in the future.

If you find yourself unable to attend within 24 hours of the show and wish to avoid potential impacts on your future claims, we charge a $15 late cancellation fee. This fee removes the claim from your account, making it easier for you to claim tickets in the future. Please note that this does not guarantee availability for future giveaways or events.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policies. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@loudie.com.
