JESUS “AGUAJE” RAMOS (born 1951) is a Cuban trombonist, composer, arranger and musical director, best known as the original orchestra leader, composer and trombonist of The Buena Vista Social Club. The Buena Vista Orchestra, under the direction of Ramos and featuring key players from throughout the history of The Buena Vista Social Club, continues the legacy of the legendary group!

Gin Blossoms, an alternative rock band formed in 1987 in Tempe, Arizona, rose to prominence following the 1992 release of their first major label debut album, New Miserable Experience, and the first single released from that album, "Hey Jealousy” became a Top 25 hit and went gold!
